Affiliate disclosure

Last updated 7 October 2026

Unique Dog Finds doesn’t sell anything. We point you to retailers and makers, and you buy from them directly.

Where things stand today

Some links on Unique Dog Finds are affiliate links. If you buy through one of these links, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. Sponsored content and paid partnerships will always be clearly labelled.

Unique Dog Finds is an approved publisher on Awin, an affiliate network used by many UK retailers. Retailers run their own programmes within the network, and we join them one at a time.

Not every link earns us anything. Many of the retailers and makers we feature have no affiliate programme at all, and their links are ordinary links to the product page. We feature them anyway.

Affiliate links are marked in our code as sponsored links, which tells search engines about the commercial relationship.

How affiliate links work

When you click an affiliate link, the retailer or an affiliate network (a company that manages these arrangements for retailers) records that you arrived from us, usually using a cookie or similar technology on their website. If you buy within a set period, they may pay us a percentage of the sale. You don’t pay anything extra.

What it doesn’t change

  • We choose products for the reasons set out in how we choose products — never because of commission.
  • We feature products whether or not they earn us anything.
  • If a specific piece of content is sponsored or part of a paid partnership, it will be clearly labelled, so you can always tell it apart from our regular finds.

Buying from a retailer

When you leave our site, the retailer is responsible for the sale: the price, payment, delivery, returns, customer service and how they handle your personal information. Please read their terms and privacy policy before you buy.
